Fernando Camberos

After graduating from Duke University in Durham, NC, Fernando took on a position as curriculum specialist and head of the language department at Charlotte Preparatory School. He has taught at the middle and high school levels for over 5 years and served as Assistant Director at an international school in Guatemala. He received a Master’s degree in Education Policy from the Steinhardt School at New York University. Fernando has worked tirelessly in the classroom, at the office and on the soccer field for kids and families throughout his career. He founded Gramercy Park Tutors because he feels the work model of leading New York tutoring companies is missing the holistic element of clear communication between the teacher and the student, the school and the family that could really change academic futures. He hopes Gramercy Park Tutors will help kids and families be happy and successful.
